Based on my experience the American Fourth Headbopper Accessory Fabric was a total letdown .Despite being marketed as an arts and crafts product, it was difficult to work with and didn't produce the desired effect. I bought this to cover my arms and chest while on the beach. I have thin UV shirts but they'd require some sort of bra whereas this one has a built in bra.The zipper was very high on my neck and when unzipped a little bit, there was a scratchy zipper tooth that was hard to ignore. Item arrived 4 days early which is great. They were all stuck together and kind of hard to open, but the tightness of the seal just means my cards will be well protected! I measured my cards before ordering as I learned that two different sized covid cards were distributed. These fit my 4×3 cards perfect with a little extra room on the sides.
