There are some variations, but tolerable on the whole.
Some pros: + All in one + Feels good + From Macbook to M1 allows you to connect two additional monitors via display link (the driver is downloaded separately) + The plug of the power supply glows beautifully Has some cons Expensive, heavy and large + huge power supply (not very mobile) : there is a problem with the usb ports of the docking station with poppies on the M1. The problem is known and there is no solution yet (Apr. 22). So for now, I use M1 only to connect monitors .
