Did they send me without dimming?

So the bulbs are very bright and definitely good quality. I complain that the description clearly says they are dimmable but the package I received says they are not dimmable. So I can't use them at all. That sucks because I ordered them 3 months ago but have only now installed the mount they were designed for.
