The product I received does not match the picture in the advert at all. The word Bissell is nowhere to be found on the article. In fact, the brush has no brand name at all. The item shown on the sale listing looks completely different from the item I received. Bait and replacement? Or was the mistake made when the item was shipped from stock? If the product worked as advertised I wouldn't care about the brand but the brush doesn't work at all. The brush spins when you plug it in and turn on the vacuum, but stops spinning as soon as the brush touches even a fabric surface like a sofa cushion. Unfortunately, I ordered this item as a replacement a few months ago and only opened the packaging after the return period had closed. Not even sure if the retailer using the Bissell name is really a Bissell vacuum product or a fake website/scam. I suggest that you avoid this item and possibly this seller until we get a proper explanation and I get my money back (unlikely as I missed the return window as previously explained). NOTE: In general, these vacuum brushes work quite well for removing pet hair from furniture. When you get a good drug, made by a reputable company and sold by an honest seller, it really works. I think one with a built in motor might work better, but it has to be made specifically for your vacuum cleaner model, while suction powered vacuums will work with any vacuum as long as the hose fits snugly onto the tube at the end of the brush. .
