The materials are not bad overall, but the only thing I want to point out is that at times during construction it was quite difficult to get into the bolt holes (for me, this was usually the only time I experienced hemorrhoids, but it was worth it). I do not regret recommending this item for this pricing. Below are some advantages: Excellent for the price; I even searched on eBay for something similar in decent condition, but I couldn't find anything better. Everything is good, and I generally like it. Cons: I was initially aware of and prepared for all the intricacies; I ultimately chose three of the most significant ones for myself. 1. Not fabric - obviously, this is a personal preference, but I would prefer it to leatherette. 2. After a short while, the creaking started, but this is readily fixed with WD-40, after which it operates quietly and without complaint. 3. The inability to fix it in an inclined posture is the most difficult part for me; because of this, I have to look for support for my legs in order to bend more forcefully.
