The support is great as they listen to what you need and provide exactly that. They also have a very friendly team. We like how easy it is to set up new extensions without requiring our own developer resources. I think it would be nice if there was more flexibility in pricing for some of the lower-tier plans. This could mean more competition between their different tiers. Sometimes we need to add additional features to an existing extension but want to do this with minimal effort and no code changes. With Dexem, these tasks are done within minutes using just the web interface.
