I like the ability to have my team communicate with each other without having to be physically at the job site. The software is easy to use and has many features that are beneficial for our business. It can sometimes take some time to get used to how the software works. This is definitely not a dislike. If you have a small or medium size organization this system will help your employees collaborate and manage their day-to-day activities. We have been able to improve our employee productivity by over 30% which helps us provide better customer service.
