Started well, but then.
When I first installed this faucet, I really liked it. It worked as advertised and felt of good quality. That was on August 18th. By November the inner hose had snapped and water was spraying out when we tried to use it, so we stopped using the sprayer until we could get in touch with the seller to find a solution. Since the breakup we have contacted Fapully via email several times and have had no response from them. Having a broken faucet is frustrating enough, but a total lack of any type of customer service is unacceptable. Based on my first experience with the faucet, I wish I could recommend it, but now I can't.
