Remote Control knob broke off on first opening box

I have a very disappointed kid - his remote control knob for his "awesome car" snapped off the first time he tried to use it after opening the box. I am having to order a replacement. Otherwise, this car looks like a lot of fun and he is heartbroken. His eyes lit up when he first saw it and he cried when I took it away so I could return it. Too bad knobs are so flimsy - otherwise would have been a fun gift.

Hours of fun for my 6 year old boy!

The car's headlights are too dim to see in low-light situations
