I have been able solve my own problem which was how do you manage social posts? We were doing this manually but didn't feel like there wasn&rsquo t enough control over what gets posted where or when! This solved those issues immediately because now everything can be done via API so no manual intervention necessary anymore :) It helps us keep track who likes something etc., without having access only certain fields within CRM system itself due lack privacy concerns between internal departments using same platform.
