They work and work GREAT. They will attract and trap males to avoid breeding, which will eventually end the cycle of moth infestations that we seem to have had and were unaware of! We noticed a few months of flight in our bedroom and some damage to the wool carpet. I thought we had a little problem with the rag moth, so I ordered these traps. MY GOD. Seriously, during the day there were 2 traps full of butterflies (and they're only males!) so I set all 5 and they keep catching more and more. I had no idea HOW MUCH we had. I did the rest of the cleaning (taken and washed all our clothes, vacuumed everything at least once a day) and still we find new males in the traps every day! We have animals (cats and dogs) that end up in the bedroom so we can't use pesticides to deal with that. This product was the perfect solution to help us deal with this issue while protecting our pets.
