Was so excited to get a 65 series 7 and 2020 model QLED TV. Connected to Samsung Q7 series soundbar. First, the Samsung remote didn't work with the Arris TiVo DCX900 cable box. Come on, we couldn't switch channels on the Samsung remote, no big deal. Second issue: Soundbar failed to sync with people on TV. I've spent an hour with Samsung about these issues to no avail. Oh ok I hooked up an old Samsung soundbar, it worked fine. I watched TV until the evening. Good photo! The next morning I turned on the TV, no sound, with a cable box as the input. To briefly have a very long conversation with Samsung, they first decided it was a software issue but couldn't explain why it was working, they had the day before and then after more tinkering, they thought the HDMI ports be dead. They offered to send a handyman lol yes that's right. Packed in a box and returned to Revane with a phone number as reference. Very disappointed in Samsung.
