I bought this unit from Revain on March 22nd, 2021, unfortunately health problems prevented me from installing it until June 20th, so I cannot return it for a refund. Installing the device was relatively easy. But having to log in multiple times was causing way more trouble than it was worth, so I removed it. Potential buyers with 5G service should also note the seller's warning that this device is not compatible with 5G.
