The replacement was screwed up too
I can't believe this product was screwed up AGAIN. I ordered a replacement because my original box only had 5 inks, no gold ink. I just got a replacement and now the white ink is missing because I had TWO black inks! How does something like this happen TWICE? In addition, the ink is flaky, inhomogeneous and does not transfer well to paper. I had to touch up my prints with a brush to correct imperfections. Save money, find something else.
