I didn³'t expect the quality to be this good.
Knives are light, according to one writer, and this is a drawback. I won't say it. Everything is a matter of habit. Overall: I think the knives are great value for the money. I purchased a set of 5 knives for $5,000.
- Very precise. Both a man and a woman can comfortably hold the handle.
- The blade's corners are particularly sharp and close to the hilt. In general, this is not a drawback and should be accepted as such. Take extra caution when physically sponge-washing knives. It is visible in the picture.
