After installing the new Mac OS Lion, I lost the functionality of the Apple USB tethering I was using. I ordered a Zoom 3095 USB modem and replaced an Apple product. Important: Ignore the installation instructions that come with Zoom; They involve copying the modem script file to your computer, which is not required. Go to your modem's support section and there you will find easy installation instructions in PDF format. Once installed, the Zoom modem works great. Zoom needs to update its installation and setup instructions to include an insert for OS Lion users.
