Sound quality and volume
The sound quality is not very good along with the volume. I bought other types of blue teeth headbands that were much better. I was hoping it would be a lot better as it's more like a headband. Even if you are trying to find a place to charge the device, it is very difficult to get there. It's on the top of the box, not the side.
