First I upgraded my primary 256GB M.2 NVMe drive to a Samsung NVME drive (970) and added a second M.2 NVMe drive. I also upgraded it to 32GB of RAM (wish it supported more). I also upgraded to Windows 10 PRO (I kept the old drive that never booted, so if I ever sell it it's all factory). Loads very quickly and works great. There was only 1 glitch. When I tried to activate Windows, it was not activated via WIFI. I've tried several times and there was no problem connecting to WIFI, but I ended up connecting to Ethernet using a CAT 5 cable and it activated the first time. So if you have problems, just use the CAT 5 connection. The blue tooth works great. Have a Bluetooth mouse to save an extra USB port. The USB 3 ports are very fast. A full copy of Windows 10 installs in about 10 minutes, and a device with an NVMe drive boots into Windows almost faster than you can see. Very reliable and fully functional. The screen is very high quality and at 144Hz has no flicker that I see and is very pleasing to look at. Each device has its disadvantages. In this case, it is difficult to understand. Worst of all, the power supply is much larger and heavier than expected. But on the other hand I think that as an IC processor with NVidia 2060 it needs everything it can get. With all this CPU and GPU power, the computer's cooling system works great and the laptop actually runs much colder than expected. I highly recommend this notebook. Very quiet operation. With 2 fans it is not audible at all. This is the best laptop I've ever had.
