Hi all, this unit arrived with no problems and certainly looks nice. It feels solid and like a quality replacement. However, it didn't work. My console is an Xbox Fat (Jasper) and although connected well I was unable to get HD output. My Xbox kept telling me the switch was set to SD and I needed to change it to HD. Despite many attempts, reboots, etc., it never worked. The only way to get the display was through the SD setup (despite G/B/R cables attached). When setting HD, the TV did not recognize the output and only gave a distorted picture.
