The cake savior who didn't save the cake
After spending a few hours with a gorgeous little 8 inch two tier birthday cake I placed it in the tray and snapped the lid on . I picked up the cake topper by the handle, which snapped off immediately as the entire carrier fell to the floor, splintering the cake on the inside of the topper. The ganache glaze was ruined. I've tried smoothing it out, but mostly to no avail. One of the clips on the lid was bent and also jumped out. I had to leave in an hour or so and didn't have time to bake a new cake. This product failed miserably and ruined my friends birthday cake. No one should do this if they really want to put cake in it!
