WHEN I FINALLY INSTALLED IT it worked perfectly -- this product has to be one of the clunkiest CPU cooler builds I've worked with due to the way you have to manipulate the cooler itself , cooler adapter (to make the CPU cooler "compatible" with a variety of mobile devices), tighten the motherboard and the backplate of the motherboard cooler with 4 screws at the same time, including 2 in hard-to-reach places due to the very close mounting proximity to other motherboards -Components. The blunt little adjustment wrench is a joke - you'll need pliers and long nosed pliers for at least two bolts. It's a shame as Cooler Master tends to sell very high quality products, but this one needs a little tweaking. If you could install the cooler adapters first, and then install the cooler on the already installed adapter, the installation time could be reduced by 3/4.
