I just received this belt and have used it several times. I wanted to use it for deadlifts and squats. First impression of the packaging: the leather is excellent quality and I love the extra padding on the back/lower back. Judging by the size grid, I'm a small size. Using a cloth tape measure, I measured a circumference of 32 inches (relaxed). I measured about an inch above my belly button where I will be wearing the belt. The photos I am attaching are photos I took with the belt straight out of the box. Then a shot of the belt around my waist, which is basically being tried on for size. Later that day I used it for a lifter and eventually added another prong for a tighter fit. He held up well and shaped me. I've also included photos of the belt alongside the standard tape measure. It does run a bit smaller than the size chart says but that doesn't bother me as the leather will most likely tear I think. But I think it's reasonable to base the size on the table provided. So far so good with this purchase. Definitely recommend. Thank you!
