It is very convenient. I had it a few months ago and I think I will continue to use it post pregnancy. gives you so much support! I laughed when I first saw the tiny pillow that comes with the kit, but it's a life saver! Place where you need extra support! I was also concerned that it would flatten out over time, but it holds up and opens very easily for washing without damaging the pillow itself.
