I bought this monitor because I recently bought an Xbox Series X and after buying another monitor I found that you can't access 120Hz on a 144Hz monitor through its HDMI ports. Not many monitors do this, so it's important to do your own research. This monitor lets you access the 120 fps that your next-gen console delivers via HDMI, and it's a great buy for the price (although I think the price has gone up since I got it for $179.99 bought).
