When dealing with OCD and Germaphobia I was horrified to find mold on my floor and mattress. Someone recommended it to me and after reading it I was hooked. I've wiped down almost every surface in my room with it, from walls to electronics to armchairs. It leaves a very small film, for most things or things you don't touch that probably isn't a problem. . In my case, I found that one wet wipe and one dry wipe was enough to fix the problem. Small notes: 1) Fabric test, in my case it didn't change the color or texture of my fabric chair, although I steamed it afterwards too. 2) I meant wiping, make sure you read the instructions if you have special needs (in my case the mold wasn't airborne, so I didn't sterilize everything so much as wiped loose spores). 3) I mentioned electronics, hopefully obvious, but don't spray directly on any vents - instead spray a cloth to wipe them down (and probably not the screens)!
