Before charging, you must remove the plastic from the charging contacts!

Don't buy Beats or other expensive true wireless headphones! Very good true wireless headphones! Affordable but expensive sound. Definitely recommend. The only problem is that I want the said instructions on how to remove the plastic from the charging contacts. 5/5 stars
