I almost gave this wireless keyboard/mouse a star and a bad review. For the first few hours, I struggled with unpredictable periods of truly awful keyboard lag. For example, wait 30 seconds for it to wake up and accept my keystrokes. It was very frustrating. I was about to box it up and send it back when I tried to position the PC so that the USB stick was in view of the keyboard and mouse. Aha! Both worked perfectly. - This wasn't a practical solution as I didn't want to use any of my front USB ports, so I added a USB extension cable to the rear USB port I was using; attached the button to it, and then positioned the button within sight of the keyboard and mouse, but in an inconspicuous spot. So if you're about to throw yours away, try this solution. Now he works like a champ. No delays.
