The service center said that they are not subject to repair, and the warranty for them is a year (although the warranty card proudly says in large letters "Guarantee 5 years" - only then I looked closely at what is actually written there "UP TO 5 years"). As a result, they did not want to change or repair. They offered to buy the same ones again at a slightly reduced price (yeah, of course). Used by me exclusively in office mode. No stress was experienced. And on the day of the breakdown, too, nothing foreshadowed trouble. I have been listening to music since morning. I put it on the table. Came from lunch, dressed - and the left ear no longer works. If you press it, it starts to crack and sometimes a sound breaks through. In general, something with contact is similar. Overall, very disappointed with the quality. I expected that for such money it would work for at least 3 years, but not a year and a half. Well, a year of warranty is very zhlobski as it seems to me in the case of such expensive acoustics. If you buy - immediately expect that you pay for a year and a half of work maximum. July 2022: At the same time (that is, more than 2 years ago) I bought the next model to replace - Bose QC35 wireless. Let me tell you, they are doing great so far. The sound is better, they work without problems, they are charged from microUSB and the charge lasts for a couple of weeks, wireless (fire!). In general, if for some reason you suddenly think about QC25, then it’s better not to, but add a little to QC35.
