This bed is amazing! All I did was unroll it on the floor and cover it with a sheet. This is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. No more "hammock effect" like any mattress I've ever had. Even our $4,000 mattress isn't that comfortable. I sleep on my side and on my back and have no problem with discomfort. I've tried the bed in many positions, and if you're like me, I prefer to sleep with my head east. I wake up around 4:30 am and am completely rested. In my normal bed, it took me forever to get up. My back will always have a dull ache. Not with this bed. The first week I lay down, my back cracked as soon as I lay down. That also stopped. I would recommend it to anyone with an active lifestyle looking for more, plus the great added bonus of stretching hamstrings while getting off the ground. The ONLY thing I would want for this bed would be some sort of pocket to put it in. It folds in 1/3 pieces so I wish I had a zippered pocket. I'm sure I can find it somewhere on the internet.
