Review on 🔒 Kensington K60600WW Slim Lockhead Laptop Lock with Combination by Jay Blo

After 6-7 months of normal office desk use one day it got stuck in a position where the lock was in the unlocked state but could not be pulled out . Tried to move, drop, add a little prayer - nothing helped. I chatted with support via live chat and they were happy to send out a replacement - however I first had to find wire cutters to cut the cord, then a hacksaw to cut the lock so I could finally free my laptop. Now, all of this isn't an unbearable inconvenience when I'm in an office/home environment, but I did get stuck at the airport or Starbucks (I also bought a backpack with a Kensington lock). Support literally ran away when I kept asking if this was a known issue etc. I thought these things were bulletproof and super reliable but now I'm skeptical about using them. Again, it's not the lousy $20 that worries me, it's that I'm stuck somewhere and don't have the tools to "steal" my own laptop or look like a thief trying to convince a crawler to do so to help me "steal" my own laptop (yes, on the right side) or a flat jerk for that matter. I hope they see this and keep working to improve this product as it is clearly not complete. And, no, nobody bothered with the lock to say it broke as a result - it was serviced normally and a maximum of once or twice a day.
