Lots of caffeine in this one, I skipped my morning coffee and I didn't have a headache at all going caffeine free. Does it help with weight loss? Good question. Not two days later it is not. I'll finish the bottle and come back to this review, but in my opinion at $43 a bottle this should do a lot for weight loss. I hope that was helpful. UPDATE: Three days and almost half a pound (0.4#) lost without changing diet or exercise program. Update #2: Previous weight loss wasn't the norm. If that helps, it's very subtle.
