If you use these eyes for worsted amigurumi, the eye stands will be too short. Once inserted into the crocheted piece, there is no room to even slide the washer into the first notch on the eye stand. I have to put the pucks on backwards (which works, but the eyes stick out instead of retracting into the piece. I don't like that look on my finished pieces). If you're using fabric or fine yarn these will probably work, but I don't recommend them for amigurumi!
