The laptop that was sent to me had Windows 10 'S'. There are no instructions on how to exit "S" mode. I ended up calling HP and asking them to remotely repair my new laptop running regular Windows 10 so I could download the programs I needed. Cost me plus an additional $50.00+. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER! The screen is fine, but the previous laptop was 1080 HD. This computer will be downgraded. The fan is loud. The description on the Revain website says Windows 10. Without the "S".
