the package was a bit broken and it looked like it's been returned or has been used for several times. the nose rest of the glasses was not smooth, there is some plastic spreading out and making my nose not comfortable when wearing it. I asked to return the item and a refund. they told me to keep the item but only partially refund the cost of the item without refunding the shipping cost. They eventually do a full refund including the shipping cost when i pushed harder. I did make a new order, which i regret, as they ship my new order by a regular post which takes a much longer time instead of the usual DHL that I used to have when ordering items from revain. I wish the new order i make is nice this time as i doubt they allow me to do a full refund again
