I bought this a few months ago but only started using it today (well I hate cleaning A LOT). That worked great. within the first half hour. Then the head broke off the base. This is a flimsy plastic joint that cannot be repaired. I will contact support and see if I can get a refund, but I doubt that will happen given the time that has passed. That's a really bad deal! UPDATE: I changed this rating from one star to three because the company immediately sent me a replacement rag. Haven't started using it yet (I still hate cleaning) so I don't know how it will hold up. However, I have to give credit to the company for the prompt response. Now let's hope the new one doesn't break! UPDATE 2: I have to give credit to the company. The day after receiving the replacement I received a check for a full refund. I really hope the replacement mop is as good as the service provided as it was exceptional and they deserve credit for going above and beyond what was required or even expected.
