"Up to" 5GHz. It is not close to the box. You'll need to seriously overclock this rock to get anywhere near 5GHz. For an SSD, I couldn't believe how slow Windows was to boot. It takes 2:30 to go from the start button to the splash screen and that's just nonsense. My 7 year old 2.4Ghz machine boots in: 45. The sound card is complete rubbish so plan on upgrading. He claims to be VR ready. Don't believe it. I have an OQ2 and it can't even handle 5fps. The operating system shipped with so much malware that it occupied 24% of RAM by default. I had to remove so many unnecessary items that I can't even list them all. Really disappointed. I was so excited to have a "gaming" PC to use with my VR. What a disappointment.
