Finally found in my review.
Apologies for the mess this has caused, our regular postman came back from jury work and solved the problem caused by his replacement. The shoes are of very good quality and fit perfectly, although ebay wanted to refund the money I would have preferred to keep the shoes myself.
Pros
- Size 11 fits well, adjustable heel strap for easy on and off. hope it lasts
Cons
- May be uncomfortable for people with sensitive or injured toes
