Bought this for my mum as a spare laptop she had for years. For the most part this is a good little machine with a clear and bright screen. The keyboard is nice too. The first major problem is the lack of storage space - Windows takes up most of the available storage space and it only took a few puzzles to fill it up, leading to constant annoying reminders that you weren't home. puts. After 7 months we started having problems - a few blue screens and finally the hard drive failed - after a comeback phase of course. Unfortunately, the SSD is part of the mainboard and cannot simply be swapped out. It seems that the only way to use the computer now is to use a USB drive with the OS installed. I have absolutely no interest in phoning tech support and don't want to spend any more money on it. A classic "you get what you pay for" case.
