Really expensive but the quality is excellent.
For a long time I struggled with nozzles with side needles. It took me over an hour to inject two turkeys with cheap plastic injectors and it left my kitchen in a mess. This becomes even more difficult when using oil based injections as the oil will begin to thicken as it cools. I received injections on 2 turkeys in less than 10 minutes with this INSTRUMENT. It's definitely a big investment, but I will never use one of those cheap plastic injectors again!
