Bought this XGPS160 in June 2014. In December 2017, after a 1-year warranty, it stopped catching satellites and the battery didn't last more than an hour on a charge. Please help from DUAL. They emailed a few solutions but it still didn't work. They forced me to return the device to them. They fixed the problem and even fitted a new battery for free even though I offered to pay for a new battery. This is 6 STAR customer service. In the meantime I have bought a Garmin GLO. It should have the same capabilities as DUAL. It is not. Only one Bluetooth device is connected at a time. It doesn't have an app to show GPS status, so it's impossible to tell if it's getting a good signal, battery level, tracking log, and other info. When deciding between Garmin or DUAL, choose DUAL XGPS160. He's far superior in every way. It's also $20 less than when I bought it in 2014 and comes with a non-slip backing.
