Got this in a 4t and it was too big but so cute and great quality. Decided to just keep it and order a 3. The three arrived with the seam split and tattered. The gems around the neck are loose and floppy, and the several sequin strands are ripped and the strings are tattered. Totally different quality than the 4t. Overall its still cute but a bit disappointed in the difference. Not sure if someone had bought it and returned it and they never checked to make sure it hadnt been messed up or what happened.
