good price, good functionality, overall pretty good. However, the instructions are absolutely terrible. In order for it to function properly, you must snap the small battery circuit connector into place on the bottom left of the unit before turning on the main AC power. the instructions say nothing about this (although small, hard-to-read stickers inside the device indicate this). If the battery circuit plug is not connected, the battery will never be charged and the light will not work when the AC power is off. Why this fact is not clearly stated in the instructions is beyond me. but if you are persistent you will understand and end up earning it.
