The bag looks good and is generally durable. The puff for the main compartment of the bag works well. The bag is made of high quality materials. However, the straps that are supposed to hold the bag against the upper back and shoulder sometimes work loose on their own, even with minimal loading in the book bag. Also, the drawstring loops on either side of the bag don't work properly. A water bottle or blender bottle, especially a full one, won't stay in the side pockets if you're moving fast/hurrying, leaning forward, swinging the bag from the side on the top strap, etc. I'd recommend getting a book. a bag from Lululemon, The North Face or Nike, rather than shelling out money for a cheaper option like the one above that doesn't bring as much value to you due to its poor performance in certain areas and easily outperforms other brands.
