Well, what can I say? That's what he says. I got a new XPS13 9310 to upgrade my XPS13 9370 and when I opened the new one to replace the SSD I noticed it was a tiny little drive (not a 2280 of course) so I just got my old one 2280 drive put on the new one. Car without a cooler and screwed directly to the mobo. Then I found this part here. Not particularly cheap, but I got it anyway and it does what it's supposed to do. So, good job by whoever made them, bad job by Dell for not clarifying the difference and picking up heat not suited to the 2280.
