Review on BrandCommerce by Louis Turley

I like that it's easy to manage, the interface is very user friendly and they have great customer service support! They are one of my go to partners when it comes to integrating our ecommerce platform with other platforms (Facebook, Paypal etc.). It would be nice if there were more customization options for some features but nothing major. We use brand commerce as an omnichannel solution to help facilitate order fulfilment across multiple channels including online, in store drop off points, mobile apps, social media posts etc. This allows us to provide customers with faster delivery times and better overall experience. I like that we are able to see our product line, as well as our competitors products at one place. It is very easy for us to keep track of what's coming in or going out. The customer service has been great! They are always willing to help when we have questions or need suggestions. There isn't anything i dislike about this program. We use it to check stock levels, manage orders, etc.
