The ability to create a single view of all my projects, allowing me to see a holistic picture of all my tasks and hours across the whole business. It's very easy to use, once you get used to it. I have not found anything that I dislike about this product. I'd recommend taking advantage of their free trial period before making any decision as to whether or not to purchase. Managing multiple projects at once is made much easier by using this tool. I am able to keep track of everything so easily, even when working away from the office.
