Ideal for grounding the bed mattress. Works under the sheet or sleeping directly on it for better conductivity. The AC voltage in my bedroom averages 3.5 volts. With the sheet connected to my 14-gauge neutral ground wire and plugged into my room's grounding outlet, I can drop my body voltage to the lowest I've ever seen, which is 0.003 volts! It's better than any ready-made groundsheet as long as you don't mind a bit of DIY. It's smooth as silk, has excellent conductivity to "ground" and from what I've read can be hand washed if needed. I just bought another one along the way and can't wait to make another grounding sheet for my family members. I'm not an electrician so do your homework before you do it yourself and make sure your AC outlet is properly grounded by testing it with a ground tester.
