I wanted them for my cartilage and possibly my nose. The only reason I couldn't use it on my nose is the shape of the ring. It looks more like a horseshoe or a D-ring. It's perfect for gristle though, so I'm happy with that. I've tried taking photos to show the shape better but they don't show it very well - they look more rounded in the photos than they really are. They are the perfect size without pinching the ear and they look really good. Nice and strong, not thin at all. Brilliant. The clasp closes with a light pressure and stays secure. Easy to put on and take off. They appear to be 18g, perfect measurement for a nose piercing if you can work with the ring shape. Adorable for piercing babies or toddlers ears.
