The fabric feels very cheap, like a child's costume material. The color I got (red) is very pretty and true to the photo. The ties in the back don't really do much except add unnecessary fabric weight/bulk and the square neck was too wide for me (and I have fairly broad shoulders). If you are buying this as a costume or just for a photo or something, it will probably do the trick and you could make it looks cute, but I wouldn't wear it out anywhere.
