PROS: Compact; Quickly; duplex printing (both sides); Large 250-sheet paper tray; New starter toner included; Replacement toner is cheap (post-sale toner is even cheaper); Plug and play on a Windows 10 computer (the driver will be installed automatically when the printer is connected via USB); Already have the latest firmware (launched the utility and she said so) CONS: Old 2014 model with no Wi-Fi or LAN support; ENERGY STAR non-compliant (in my house the lights blink every time I turn on the printer); Connection via USB only, but the USB cable is not included. OTHER: The printer appears to have been refurbished at the factory as it comes in a white Brother box; The power cable is in one piece; The loaded driver has a completely different version format than the Windows driver, making comparison difficult. The price fluctuates a lot (I paid $70). I was able to turn this printer into a network printer by plugging it into my Asus router's USB port and then downloading and running the Asus printer software on all computers to connect (Instructions: From your router's admin page, navigate to your browser to the USB App). > Network Printer Server > Asus EZ Printer Share.)
